Home Insulation in Midland, Texas
Available in the Construction of New Homes
Your house is a home — a place for you to dwell in safety and privacy. It shelters you from the outside world. An important part of that shelter is hidden inside your walls. Hidden inside the exterior walls of your home and in your attic, insulation acts as a barrier to keep heat, cold and moisture from seeping through your walls.
Blown-in Cellulose Insulation
All of our custom homes are insulated with blown-in cellulose insulation. This material is made from recycled paper products and uses the organic cell structures in the materials to protect your home. We use special blowers to blow the material into the walls and attic of a home. The blown-in material moves around any obstructions within the walls to ensure a full protective covering.
The insulation is treated with boric acid, a Class I Fire retardant, which renders the insulation fireproof. The treated material will not catch fire, even when exposed to open flame, and is so protective that just a few inches of product stop the heat from permeating your space. It also works against the cold, so the interior of your home can stay the temperature you set on the thermostat.
Best Construction Practices
An important step in our construction process is insulating the walls. We follow the best insulation process just as we do with our other quality construction practices. We offer free consultations on our building projects.
